Mingdu City

Mingdu City, the Radiant City, is the capital and the pride of the Sun Moon Empire in Soul Land II: Unrivaled Tang Sect, hub of its administration and its economy and the most advanced place on the continent. It sits in the west and sprawls without any visible end, most of its buildings five stories and some past ten, lit at night until they shine like stars in the sky, with wide avenues between them running up to thirty meters across.
