Martial Soul Hall
Spirit Hall, the Martial Soul Hall of Soul Land, is the continent-wide authority on martial souls, running awakening ceremonies, rank registration, and stipends through its branch halls, led by the Supreme Pontiff and outweighing both empires.
Standing above even the two great empires of the Douluo Continent, Spirit Hall, also called the Martial Soul Hall, is the central authority over everything to do with martial souls in Soul Land, the first series. Its branch halls reach into cities, towns, and villages, and it is at a local Spirit Hall that every six-year-old undergoes the awakening ceremony and every soul master registers rank, drawing a stipend as they climb.
No organization knows more about spirits or about the continent's affairs. At its head sits the Supreme Pontiff, served by archbishops and bishops who administer its regions, and its accumulated depth of knowledge, personnel, and high-rank powerhouses gives it a weight no sect can match, letting it hold the balance between the rival empires.
