The underground core of the Sun Moon Imperial Soul Engineering Academy: an ordinary looking building above, and below it a metal hall of laboratory tables that works as a soul tool factory.
The Illustrious Virtue Hall is the core of the Sun Moon Imperial Soul Engineering Academy. From outside it looks like an ordinary building of no more than five hundred square meters, but the hall itself lies underground and is far larger. Three checkpoints stand inside the entrance, each held by a soul master and a soul tool, and twenty metal elevators large enough for ten people apiece are arranged in an arch. Below is a world made entirely of metal, pale gold in its decoration, its dome some twenty meters high, filled with a strong metallic smell and a low hum. Laboratory tables five meters by three are ranged in neat rows into the distance. The hall is also a factory for soul tools, and nothing of low quality comes out of it.
