One of Dragon City's two representative sects, holding the city's south.
The Heavenly Dragon Sect is one of the two most representative sects of Dragon City, holding the city's south while the Earthdragon Sect holds the north, the two of them never touching. Both are relatively withdrawn and both are well regarded among the sects, but the Heavenly Dragon Sect is the stronger and the martial souls of its members are all true dragons, which is why the Earthdragon Sect counts as a subsidiary, a standing it has never been willing to concede.
