Heaven Dou City is the capital of the Heaven Dou Planet in Soul Land IV, the first city built there, a metropolis of metal woven with greenery that carries one of the setting's oldest place names into the Douluo Federation's space age.
By the era of Soul Land IV: The Ultimate Combat, humanity lives across many worlds, and Heaven Dou City is the capital of one of them, the Heaven Dou Planet of the Douluo Federation. It was the first city raised on that planet, and it sets the pattern the rest follow: metal and greenery mixed through each other, technology threaded with living plants, a cityscape that reads as endless even from the sky.
Daily life there runs through institutions scaled to a planetary capital, among them Heaven Dou Shopping, a chain of malls spread across the planet's major cities whose head office in the capital is the largest of them all. The city carries one of the setting's oldest place names forward into the space age.
