He Caitou

He Caitou is a soul engineering student in Soul Land II: Unrivaled Tang Sect, found at the Spirit Guidance Testing Area, where Fan Yu asks him to fire a mounted spirit guidance weapon with help, and he spends the time giving a beginner's introduction to soul tools and hoping aloud for a new junior in the Spirit Guidance Department.
