Federation Central Academy

The Federation Central Academy stands in Forest Luo City on the Forest Luo Planet, and it looks less like a school than a forest, ringed by ancient trees whose canopy shuts out most of the light. Past them the ground rises into green hills scattered with wooden houses, set so naturally that the place reads as a village rather than a campus. The primitive look is deliberate. Federal research holds that soul masters are best raised this way, so students spend half of every year living simply and training among the soul beasts, and the other half in modern training at the Central Academy in Mingdu. The academy is a branch of Shrek Academy, staffed by Shrek graduates teaching the Shrek curriculum on federal resources. It takes in more than a thousand students a year, of whom eighty reach the inner court, and most of its graduates go into the military.
