Extreme North

At the farthest northern reach of the Douluo Continent in Soul Land II: Unrivaled Tang Sect lies the Extreme North, bordering the northern territories of both the Heavenly Soul Empire and the Dou Ling Empire, a plain of ice and snow whose temperature is punishing and drops further toward the core region. High above it, hurricanes and biting winds carry force comparable to an eight-ringed Soul Douluo attacking at full strength. The danger in the core is the environment rather than the beasts: the air is bone dry, the wind cuts like a blade, not a stalk of grass grows, and the cold burns steadily through a soul master's soul power, so that even Titled Douluo cannot survive there for long. Few soul masters come this far to hunt, which is why the region's beasts have grown so formidable. Ice Silk Worms, Ice Devil Titans, Ice Jade Scorpions and Ice Bears are among its species.
