A floating soul beast, mostly one huge eye above trailing tentacles, native to the Sun Moon Empire's Evildemon Forest and armed with rays and spiritual suppression.
The Evil Eye is a very powerful soul beast, and one whose cultivation passes ten thousand years counts as an Evileye Tyrant. They drift in the air and look something like a balloon, most of the body taken up by a huge eye, with long tentacles hanging beneath to support them and their mouths set behind the eye. Tyrants live in groups in the hottest and most humid places, and they come from the Evildemon Forest in the Sun Moon Empire. Pure blooded ones need no food, using their tentacles to break into a living being's spiritual sea and devour it. Beyond their main offensive ability, the Evileye Ray, they cause spiritual interference of every kind, and their Spiritual Forcefield suppresses anyone weaker in spiritual power. Tentacle color marks their element, red for fire, green for corrosion and white for spirit, and more tentacles mean a stronger beast.
