The Emerald Swan is a healing type soul beast, rare to the point of near extinction and reckoned scarcer than the Dark Gold Terror Claw Bear. Its fragility is the reason. The species is filled with natural life energy and leaks it during infancy, which makes the young prized nourishment for other soul beasts and forces them to shelter under powerful protectors. Adults secrete Life Water and can treat the injuries of other beasts. As bird type soul beasts they carry a thin phoenix bloodline, which sufficient cultivation can amplify. Their bodies concentrate pure life energy so densely that their soul rings and soul bones command enormous value among healing type soul masters, and organised human hunts have long targeted them.
