Domain

First described in Soul Land, the original series, a domain is among the rarest abilities a spirit master can hold. It is a large-area power centered on its user: within its range it strengthens the one who projects it while pressing down on opponents, turning the surrounding space itself into an advantage. Even among Titled Douluo, the peak of the mortal ranks, domain holders are exceptional.

Domains arise in more than one way. Some are innate, growing naturally out of a particular martial soul and evolving as the user's strength grows, while a few are said to be obtainable only through special trials, each carrying effects shaped by the trial behind it. In every form, a domain marks its holder as something well beyond an ordinary spirit master.
