The Diamond Baboon is a power type soul beast and one of the most powerful of the ape types, stronger even than the Titan Giant Ape. The greatest of them stand over forty meters tall, and their pure strength, which brings terrifying speed with it, has earned them the title King of the Jungle. Ape type soul beasts are generally smarter than others, but the Diamond Baboon runs against that trend, violent in disposition, fond of slaughter, and seemingly acting on instinct alone, which is its greatest weakness beside the Titan Giant Ape's intelligence. Apart from its monstrous strength it possesses a single soul skill, Enrage, which boosts the body rather than soul power and can add as much as half again to its strength. It has no long ranged ability at all and is unparalleled at close quarters.
