The Clear Sky Hammer is the signature tool martial soul of the Clear Sky Clan in Soul Land, strongest of tool spirits in burst power.
No tool martial soul in Soul Land, the first series, carries more weight, in either sense, than the Clear Sky Hammer. It is the signature spirit of the Clear Sky Clan, first among the old Upper Three Sects, and it is counted the strongest of tool spirits at producing sheer explosive power.
The hammer passes only through the clan's direct bloodline, appearing as a plain black warhammer with deep, dim patterning. Its weight is part of its nature: it manifests at around 150 kilograms and grows heavier with every spirit ring its bearer absorbs, until at the highest ranks it weighs thousands of jin. A spirit that punishing to wield is its own test, and the clan's standing is built on the generations who passed it.
