Abyssal Plane
The Abyssal Plane is an alien world in Soul Land III whose creatures once invaded the Douluo Continent through a tunnel in the Endless Mountains.
Millennia before the events of Soul Land III: Legend of the Dragon King, a tunnel opened in the Endless Mountains at the western edge of the Douluo Continent, and through it poured the creatures of the Abyssal Plane, an alien world existing alongside the mortal one. The invasion exterminated all life on the mountains before the powers of the continent, armies, academies, sects, and mecha legions together, forced the creatures back at terrible cost.
The tunnel could not be destroyed, only sealed, and the seal is imperfect: creatures below a certain rank might still slip through. So the Blood God Army, an elite force unknown even to most of the military, keeps a permanent watch on the pass, and the public is left knowing almost nothing of what once came through.
