The Red Hand is a militant faction of Reds on Mars, operating out of the continent of Cimmeria. It builds strength through recruitment, gathering radicalized young men until better than half its ranks are men who were children when the group first formed, and it keeps its own transport, several pelicans and an old torchShip, so that it can reach a fight or leave one quickly.
