The Sword Armada is the main fleet of the Sovereign Octavia, which Dancer says she sends straight to Jupiter orbit so the Rim has no time to prepare for her war.
At Darrow's war council it lies out at Jupiter, hundreds of millions of kilometers from its nearest support, and he ranks it second only to the Sceptre Armada around Luna among the weapons Octavia holds. Roque au Fabii, whom Octavia sends to force the Moon Lords back into line, slips ahead of the main fleet to seize a moonBreaker and makes it his flagship, the Colossus.
