Ralph
Ralph is a Red of the Sons of Ares in Red Rising, a nervous escort who helps move a new recruit through the tunnelroads beneath Mars, hatchet-faced with grimy, uneven teeth.
Ralph is one of the Reds working with the Sons of Ares, the outlawed movement that resists the Society's rule from the shadows. He rides with Harmony in a tumbler threading the abandoned tunnelroads beneath the surface of Mars, escorting a newly recruited passenger he has been told to keep in the dark.
Ralph is not built for intrigue. He grows nervous at the Society's Tinpot checkpoints and blurts out the very instruction he was given, admitting aloud that Dancer told them to discuss nothing with their passenger. He cuts an unremarkable figure, with a dark, hatchet-like face and grimy, uneven teeth.
