Proctor Ceres
Proctor Ceres is the Gold overseer of House Ceres at the Institute of Mars in Red Rising, one of the twelve Proctors who watch the war games from Olympus during the 738 class.
Twelve houses compete at the Institute of Mars, and each house answers to a Proctor. Proctor Ceres is the Gold assigned to House Ceres, named like every Proctor for the patron god of the house in their charge. The Proctors watch the Institute's year-long war games from Olympus, their seat above the game, observing as the students who survive the Passage struggle for mastery of the valley below.
Proctor Ceres holds the post during the games of the year 738. House Ceres takes its name from the Roman goddess of the harvest, and its Proctor sits among the twelve Olympians who judge and preside over the trial that shapes the Society's next generation of Peerless Scarred.
