Kavax au Telemanus

Kavax au Telemanus is a Gold of Mars, standing Primus of House Telemanus, and a Praetor of the Society, his house a client of House Augustus. He is a giant even among Golds, seven feet four or better, with a neck too thick to strangle and a habit of stooping so as not to strike his head on ceilings. Unlike most of his caste he shaves his head, and he wears a forked red beard. He is slow to anger, boisterous, and unusually considerate toward the lower colors. He professes belief in magic often enough that it is hard to say how much of it he means, since he plays up his eccentricities so that others will underestimate his intelligence. He keeps a pet fox named Sophocles and feeds him jelly beans, military councils included. He is the father of Daxo and Pax.
