Green

Greens are a mid-tier Color of the Society, the programmers and developers of its technology and the people who keep the communication networks running between and across the planets. In the military they run simulations, direct battlefield communications, and break into enemy electronics. Their name identifier is si, for silicon. Like Blues and Violets, many Greens take up transhumanism and augment their bodies with ocular sensors and lenses, tattoos of shifting digital code, metal piercings, and neural implants that let them sync with computers as Blues sync with starships. They shave their heads or wear short spikes and mohawks, and use drugs and stimulants heavily. Long synchronization with machines has shaped their speech, which runs to compound words in place of adjectives and occasionally breaks into spoken binary.
