Tsuibayaya

Tsuibayaya is a dwarf craftsman in Mass for the Dead, a side story of Overlord, living in a seaside village of the Re-Estize Kingdom. He has rust-colored hair and beard, a red nose and heavy arms, and works in a green coverall over a blue tunic, thick gloves on his hands and lens goggles pushed up on his brow. His neighbors take him for a gruff but dependable smith who makes their tools for nothing and taught the village men to fight. The generosity is calculated: what he wants is room to pursue an obsession with swimsuits, picked up from dwarven stories of the Boastful Sage two centuries back. He has been testing fish scales, animal fat and other materials for something water repellent, and has concluded that what he needs are the scales of the mermaid the village tells stories about. He funds the work with a private contract making armor for the royal family.
