Supreme Executive Council (最高執行機関) is the highest authority in the Slane Theocracy and the body that sets the country's general course. Its members come from every branch of the state and sit as equals, the Pontifex Maximus included, and they regard one another as comrades working together for the glory of mankind. Six of the seats belong to the Cardinals who head the six sects devoted to the Six Great Gods: Berenice Nagua Santini for Fire, Zinedine Delan Guelfi for Water, Dominic Ihre Partouche for Wind, Raymond Zarg Lauransan for Earth, Yvon Jasna Delacroix for Light and Maximilian Oreio Lagier for Darkness. The rest are the heads of the judiciary, the legislature and the executive, the Director of the Research Institute, and the Grand Marshal.
