Pe Riyuro

Pe Riyuro is the Lord of Clans of the Quagoa in Overlord, Kugane Maruyama's series. He has golden fur and wears a brown loincloth, and he marks himself out as leader with a cloak and crown. He is credited as the great unifier of his race: he gathered the clans together in an abandoned dwarven city, formed units to fight off monsters, and set dwarven prisoners to developing agriculture and animal husbandry. He also holds a tentative alliance with the frost dragons that live in the ruins of the royal palace, an arrangement that amounts to subjugation by the dragons. He takes the role seriously, and rather than simply punishing those who fail him he treats what went wrong as material to learn from.
