The Paladin Order is a military order of the Roble Holy Kingdom in Overlord, made up of warriors who specialize in fighting evil-aligned entities such as demons and the undead. Its members wear suits of ancient magical artificer armor, and the grandmaster wears silvery full plate with a surcoat. Most, if not all, of the paladins can infuse holy power into a sword at the instant it strikes, an elementary technique called Holy Strike. It is meant for the moment the blade bites into flesh, though it can be used as a touch attack, where most of the divine power simply bursts on the surface and does little harm.
