Neuronist Painkill is an NPC of the Great Tomb of Nazarick in Overlord, the interrogator responsible for drawing information out of prisoners, and the Area Guardian of the underground level of the Frozen Prison on the tomb's fifth floor. She has the form of a huge, bloated grey corpse hung with tentacles, wearing heavy makeup, black leather and polish on the inch-long nails at the end of very long fingers; her race is androgynous, but she refers to herself as a big sister. She enjoys the work, chatting amiably with prisoners while she lays out her tools, and she is vain enough to consider herself better looking than Shalltear or Albedo. Brains are her favorite food.
