Hilma Cygnaeus

Hilma Cygnaeus heads the drug trade department of Eight Fingers, the criminal organization that runs the underworld of the Re-Estize Kingdom in Overlord. She has sickly pale skin, dresses in white, wears purple mascara and lipstick, and carries a pipe giving off purple fumes. A snake tattoo runs from her shoulder blades down her right arm, and her thin garments lend her the decadent air of the high-class prostitute she once was. She climbed to the top of the underworld on skill and intelligence. As head of the drug department she cultivated the first sons of noble houses, men with status and connections but no political power of their own, drawing them to parties at her mansion where drugs, women and flattery were on offer, then waiting for them to come into their inheritance.
