Guren is the Area Guardian of the River of Lava on the 7th Floor of the Great Tomb of Nazarick in Overlord. It is an abyssal, hellish slime of enormous size, level 90 and optimized for combat, with fighting ability on a par with the Floor Guardians. Its sex is unknown to most of Nazarick, and Pulcinella takes it for genderless. It was placed in the molten river when Nazarick was made the guild base of Ainz Ooal Gown, and it rests in the lava pools until something approaches, preferring to stay concealed and use the terrain to pull an opponent into a sneak attack.
