Freivalds (フレイヴァルツ) leads Silver Thread Bird and holds adamantite rank himself. He goes into a fight in a chain shirt that throws off strange lights, with a rapier at his waist and a lute called Star Symphony across his back. He is a blessing-type caster, a rare sort working within a magic system apart from the tiers most casters use, and as a bard he channels his magic through song, an ability known as spell-song. He is reckoned to have reached the realm of heroes, and he carries a good deal of first-rate magical equipment. Formal in manner and a romantic by temperament, he is the one who handed most of his companions their nicknames. Part of the team's standing rests on the Radiant Crawler, which they brought down together.
