Fluder Paradyne

Fluder Paradyne is the Imperial Court Wizard of the Baharuth Empire in Overlord. He serves as headmaster of the Imperial Magic Academy and oversees the Ministry of Magic in the imperial capital, Arwintar, and he is held to be the strongest wizard in the Empire, a caster spoken of in the same breath as the Thirteen Heroes. He is an elderly man of short stature with snow-white hair and a full white beard, usually dressed in a loose white robe, a necklace strung with crystal orbs at his throat and magical rings on his fingers. Magic is both his passion and his obsession: he shows little interest in court politics and spends his time on research meant to push his own power further. His private wish is to meet a caster stronger than himself and be a student once more, something he assumes his advancing years put out of reach.
