Éclair Éklair Éklare is the assistant butler of the Great Tomb of Nazarick in Overlord. He is a birdman, though an unusual one: a literal rockhopper penguin with blond hair, whose physiology reduces him to shuffling steps, so another servant carries him whenever he needs to get anywhere. He takes enormous pride in his position, to the point of arrogance, and one of his great desires is to sit on the throne of Nazarick. He knows perfectly well that the ambition is treason against the Forty-One Supreme Beings, and he respects them highly all the same, in part because he understands that his creator, Ankoro Mocchi Mochi, set his personality that way as a joke.
