Demi-Human Alliance

The Demi-Human Alliance is a coalition of demi-human tribes out of the Abelion Hills, the highlands bordering the Roble Holy Kingdom in the New World of Overlord. The hills hold a great many demi-human species, most of them hostile to humanity and, for most of their history, far more occupied with fighting one another than with anything beyond the range. The tribes brought together in the alliance keep their separate cultures and social norms, and the one belief they hold in common is that fighting strength counts for everything. Personal power sets a member's rank, those lower in the order obey those above them, and old quarrels between tribes carry on inside the alliance itself.
