Decem Hougan

Decem Hougan is the king of the Elf Country in the New World of Overlord. He has heterochromatic eyes, pale skin and white hair, and wears a golden circlet with branches emerging from behind his skull, a red cape, gold handless gauntlets, a gold-plated skirt and a green shirt that leaves much of his chest bare. He is haughty to the point of extreme narcissism, with an enormous ego, respect for no one but himself, no loyalty to his nation or his people, and a taste for lust and luxury that he indulges to excess. His aim is to raise an army out of his own bloodline and rule the world with it, and the children who fail to inherit a fraction of his power he treats as disappointments rather than kin. Fault, in his own account, always belongs to someone else.
