Clavu

In the Great Tomb of Nazarick, Clavu (クラヴゥ) holds the post of Sous-chef (副料理長), second in command of the canteen kitchen. One day a week he also keeps a bar on the ninth floor, a small room of about eight seats. He is a myconid, and his head resembles the mushroom Hydnellum peckii. Proud of his trade and content behind his counter, he prefers quiet, well-mannered guests and takes trouble over them, down to handing a straw to a customer who cannot manage a glass; poor etiquette puts him out of humour. Regulars such as Cocytus, Demiurge and Éclair come only now and then, and few of them get drunk, since drunkenness counts as poisoning and most of Nazarick's residents shrug poison off. They come for the room itself.
