Brightness Dragon Lord

Brightness Dragon Lord (ブライトネス・ドラゴンロード) is a Dragon Lord, one of the most powerful dragons of the New World, and the founder of the Dragon Kingdom, which one of his great-granddaughters rules today. He keeps a residence at the top of a mountain near the centre of the continent, and he is a scholar rather than a warrior by temperament; combat bores him and he treats a fight as a nuisance. What sets him apart from the other Dragon Lords, and what makes them wary of him, is a habit of experimenting and breeding across races. He has spent a great deal of time among humans, and he takes an interest in the children who come of it, teaching those who inherit the capacity how Wild Magic works and how his fellow True Dragon Lords reach it. Being full-blooded, he pays far less for casting it than his descendants do. His own spells include the World-Warping Wall, a barrier that shuts teleportation out.
