Baziwood Peshmel (バジウッド・ペシュメル) commands the Four Imperial Knights of the Baharuth Empire as their acting leader, and is held to be the strongest of the four and one of the strongest warriors in the country. Like Gazef Stronoff across the border he was born a commoner, and although he has been taught and corrected since, his origins still surface in the way he talks; he has no eloquence and he is nobody's fool, and his command of the other three is not a courtesy. He fights in lightened mithril full plate with adamantite weapons alongside the standard equipment of his order, and he serves Emperor Jircniv as bodyguard. Nobles have courted him for years, several of them offering daughters; by his own reckoning, taking up every offer would have left him with more than fifty wives.
