Arwintar is the imperial capital of the Baharuth Empire in Overlord, set slightly west of the center of the Empire. Its population is smaller than that of the Re-Estize Kingdom's capital, but the city itself is the grander of the two. Years of reform driven by the Emperor have put the Empire into the largest period of development in its recorded history, and Arwintar is where that shows: new goods and new ideas arrive constantly, merchants find markets that did not exist before, and talent flows toward the capital. For the people living there it is a time of hope and opportunity.
