Winn

Winn is a supervisory special agent with the FBI, working the side of the Bureau that investigates its own. When an agent's conduct comes into question, Winn is the one who calls him in, takes the badge and the sidearm, and puts him on indefinite suspension while the matter is looked at. He runs everything by the book. He states the date, the participants, and the purpose into an audio recorder before he asks his first question, and he wants proof in front of him before he believes anything, whoever is doing the telling.
