Waleed

Waleed leads the Order of the Red Daggers, a group in Karachi that keeps watch on the boundary between the Earthly Plane and the Noor Dimension and moves against whatever comes across it. He picked Kareem out of the order's young people and made him the Red Dagger, and it is Kareem he sends out after a threat. Waleed is a master with a knife and quick on his feet, and he reads languages old enough that few others can. He is also a careful host. Someone who arrives at his door gets fed before anything else is discussed.
