Void (End of Time)

The Void sits at the end of time, and it is where the Time Variance Authority puts whatever it has pruned. Realities, people and objects arrive here rather than being unmade, so the place is an amalgam of everything that was cut away: ruined New York streets running into other landscapes, wreckage out of timelines that exist nowhere else any more. Nothing is coming to collect any of it. What moves through the Void is Alioth, and it consumes what it finds, which shapes everything about how the stranded live here. They gather into communities, keep to their own ground, stay quiet, and organize around not being eaten.
