Vaughn Kaye

Vaughn Kaye works for the Church of Gibborim, close enough to the top that the job is largely whatever Leslie Dean has asked for. He came to it after a rough stretch: his youth was difficult and there was not much holding him up before he found the church, and the support he got there bought a loyalty he has never wavered on. When Leslie's own husband tried to walk into her meditation room, Kaye was the one who told him he could not, and saw him out of the building. He went to Vassar, where he claims to have picked up the nicknames Vaughn the Brawn and the Brawnster on the strength of his build. He wears the church bracelet, and he takes his coffee in the same place every day.
