Thomas Ward

Thomas Ward is the youngest of the four Ward siblings, raised in Massachusetts alongside his brothers Christian and Grant and a sister. He was his mother's favorite, and being the favorite in that house was not a shelter. It drew the resentment of both his brothers, Christian in particular, and Grant for his part tried to protect him where he could. Thomas grew up and left the family behind entirely, changing his name to put distance between himself and all of them, and took a job in a jewelry store a long way from where any of it happened.
