Skrull Spy

The Skrull Spy is one of four Skrulls who come down off the California coast in 1995 and walk out of the Pacific onto a Los Angeles beach, and by the time anyone looks twice they are surfers. Shapeshifting is the whole of the advantage. He can take the shape of any person he has seen, carry their voice exactly, and hold enough of their recent memories to answer for them, and the suit he wears is Skrull fabric that changes with him and shrugs off water and bullets alike. Talos has him looking for Vers. He is a capable fighter with or without a shape to hide in, quick across rooftops and along the roof of a moving train, and he carries a Skrull sniper rifle for the work he can do at a distance.
