The blades Sarge's crew uses in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. to kill the Shrike.
The Shrike Daggers are the blades Sarge's crew carries in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., made to kill the Shrike, a creature that takes a living host. The Shrike are hard to put down, so the blade has to stay in the host for hours before the kill is certain, and drawing it out too early lets the creature loose again. Some of the daggers can be melted down and cast into bullets.
