Russian Mafia

Hell's Kitchen is Russian Mafia territory. The organization moved into the neighborhood on ground the Italian Mafia gave up after the death of Don Rigoletto, and it is run by two brothers, Vladimir and Anatoly Ranskahov, who hold it together between them. Their business is people. A trafficking ring moves young women through the neighborhood by truck, worked out of a garage behind Veles Taxi, the cab company that serves as the organization's legitimate face. They also keep the Troika Restaurant, and a bench of enforcers who take their orders from the brothers directly.
