Rick Ramirez

Rick Ramirez works for the Strategic Scientific Reserve out of its cover office at the New York Bell Company, where assignments come down from Chief Roger Dooley. He handles a wide range of firearms well enough that when a field job comes up behind the Iron Curtain, Dooley picks him for it alongside Jack Thompson and Mike Li. Off duty he is one of the boys in the locker room, quick to join a joke at a colleague's expense, and he mentions a pair of sisters back home. He knows the Howling Commandos by reputation, and meeting them in the field leaves him openly star struck.
