The Quad Blasters are a pair of handheld energy pistols that serve as Star-Lord's primary weapons in Guardians of the Galaxy. Yondu Udonta gave them to Peter Quill as a Christmas present during Quill's years with the Ravagers and taught him how to shoot with them. They fire bolts strong enough to knock down an armored opponent, and they can also be set to stun rather than kill.
