Hank Pym founded it after leaving S.H.I.E.L.D., and the work done there earned him a distinguished reputation in the technology community. Pym was voted out as chief executive and his estranged protege Darren Cross took the post, partially rebranding the firm as Cross Technologies while business continued under the Pym Technologies name.
