Priscilla Ridley

Priscilla Ridley took command of the NYPD's 29th Precinct at a moment when Harlem had reasons not to trust it. She came up through the department and served as a lieutenant at the 31st, where she worked alongside Misty Knight, and she arrived at the 29th to steady a house that had just lost a high-profile arrest. Her method is direct. She presses her detectives for answers, she will not pretend a bad week was a good one, and she stands in front of the angry parent or the reporter herself rather than sending somebody else out to do it. She is an investigator by training and has never stopped being one.
