Otto Mink

Otto Mink is a black market smuggler, and the job Howard Stark hires him for is a simple one: fifty thousand dollars to move a man the SSR is hunting from overseas back into the United States. Mink delivers, inside a train cargo wagon, and then instructs his people to collect a hundred and fifty thousand instead. Greed is most of what there is to him. He builds and repairs his own weapons, and the small automatic pistol he has just finished working on is the one he turns on his own men when their accounts of a failed collection stop matching each other.
