Oksana
A former Black Widow who escaped the Red Room and reached Tangier, working with an organization that holds Red Dust, a compound that undoes the Red Room's chemical control.
Oksana is a former member of the Black Widows, the network of operatives trained and chemically controlled by the Red Room. Schooled in espionage and close quarters combat, she breaks out of the program and makes her way to Tangier, where she joins an organization holding a supply of Red Dust, a compound that undoes the Red Room's chemical control over a Widow. When she works out that her building is being watched, she fills the place with smoke and slips out with the Red Dust in hand.
